Are VLAND lights truly plug and play?
Yes! All VLAND automotive lights are designed for plug and play installation. They are direct OEM replacements that require no modifications to your vehicle. Simply remove your old lights and connect the new VLAND lights using the existing wiring harness. All necessary hardware and installation guides are included.
Are VLAND lights EU compliant and road legal?
Absolutely! All VLAND lights sold in Europe are ECE certified and fully compliant with European safety standards. They meet ECE R87/R7 regulations for daytime running lights and position lights, making them completely legal for road use in all EU member states. Proper documentation is included with every purchase.
Do VLAND headlights have proper EU headlight markings?
Yes, all VLAND headlights feature the required EU headlight markings including ECE approval marks. These markings are permanently etched into the lens and housing, ensuring compliance with European regulations. The markings include the ECE symbol, approval number, and country code as required by law.
Are VLAND products TÜV compliant?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. There are no minimum order requirements - even single items ship for free. We have local warehouses in Germany, UK, France, and other EU countries to ensure fast, cost-effective delivery.
How fast is shipping from Germany?
We offer fast shipping from our German warehouse with delivery times of 24-48 hours to most European destinations. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day. We use trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, and local postal services to ensure reliable delivery across Europe.
What is your order processing time?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays are usually processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What are the delivery times to different countries?
Delivery times vary by location: Local Warehouse Delivery - Germany: 2-4 business days, France: 2-4 business days, UK: 2-4 business days, USA: 3-5 business days, Australia: 3-5 business days, Canada: 3-5 business days. From China (if out of stock locally): China: 9-15 business days. Extra fees may apply for China shipments.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Full tracking is available on all shipments. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. We use reputable couriers like UPS, DHL, THPHR, and EMS, all of which provide detailed tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for any reason. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging and all accessories included. A Return Authorization must be obtained before sending items back.
How do I return an item?
To return an item: 1. Contact Customer Support - Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. 2. Receive Return Address - We'll provide the return address within 24 hours. 3. Send Return Notification - Include courier name and tracking number when shipping back.
What are the requirements for returns?
For a successful return, items must: Be in the same condition as received, Include all original accessories and packaging, Be unused and undamaged, Include proof of purchase. Returns may be rejected if requirements aren't met. 20% deduction applies to damaged returns. Return requests expire 14 days after purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-7 additional days depending on your financial institution.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are automatically processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund goes back to that card. If you paid via PayPal, it goes back to your PayPal account. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods for security reasons.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Most items can be returned, but some exceptions apply: Cannot Return: Custom or personalized products, Items damaged by customer misuse, Products modified or altered. No Returns On: Final sale items, Gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Warranty & Quality
What does the warranty cover?
Our 2-year warranty covers: Manufacturing defects, Premature LED failure, Moisture ingress under normal use, Electrical component failures, Housing cracks or damage. The warranty starts from your purchase date and requires proof of purchase. Items are replaced with factory refurbished or new units of equal value.
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim: 1. Contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect. 2. Provide documentation: Clear photos/videos of the defect, Proof of troubleshooting attempts, Order number and purchase proof. 3. Replacement process: 24-48 hour replacement if in stock, Up to 90 days if out of stock, Defective item must be destroyed with video proof.
What is NOT covered by warranty?
The warranty does NOT cover: Installation errors or damage, Modifications or custom work, Water damage from submersion, Damage from accidents or collisions, Normal wear and tear, Damage from improper use, Issues caused by aftermarket modifications.

How difficult is it to install VLAND lights?
VLAND lights are designed for easy plug and play installation. Most customers can install them in 30-60 minutes using basic tools. The process typically involves: 1. Removing the old lights, 2. Disconnecting the wiring harness, 3. Installing the new VLAND lights, 4. Connecting the plug and play harness. Detailed installation guides and videos are included with every purchase.
What tools do I need for installation?
Most installations require only basic tools: Basic tools needed: Screwdriver set (Phillips and flathead), Socket wrench set, Trim removal tools (recommended), Work gloves. All necessary mounting hardware, wiring harnesses, and detailed instructions are included. No cutting, splicing, or modifications are required.
Do I need professional installation?
Professional installation is not required for most VLAND products due to their plug and play design. However, we recommend professional installation if: You're not comfortable working with automotive electrical systems, Your vehicle has complex lighting systems, You want to maintain warranty coverage, Local regulations require professional installation.
