Are VLAND lights truly plug and play?
Most VLAND automotive lights are designed for plug-and-play installation as direct OEM replacements using the existing wiring harness. Many customers can install with basic tools. Some vehicles or trims may require coding, adapters, or minor adjustments—please check the product page for any model-specific notes.
Are VLAND lights EU compliant and road legal?
Many VLAND lights we sell are ECE-certified and compliant with European safety standards. Look for the E-mark badge and approval number on the product page. Items that are not ECE-approved are clearly marked as tuning/off-road only and may not be road legal in your country.
Do VLAND headlights have proper EU headlight markings?
Where applicable, our ECE-approved headlights display the required EU markings (E-mark symbol and approval number). Check the product gallery and specifications on each page for the exact approval details. Non-ECE items will not carry these markings and are sold for tuning/off-road use.
Are VLAND products TÜV compliant?
Our primary compliance focus is ECE/E-mark for road use in Europe. If a product has TÜV certification, it will be explicitly stated on the product page and documentation can be provided on request.
What warranty do VLAND products come with?
VLAND offers a comprehensive 1-year warranty on automotive lighting products. This covers manufacturing defects, premature LED failure, and moisture ingress under normal usage conditions. The warranty starts from the date of purchase and includes repair or replacement; if that is not possible within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping to most EU destinations from our German warehouse. Remote areas or special delivery services may incur a surcharge shown at checkout. When local stock is unavailable, some orders may dispatch from the manufacturer; any extended lead time will be shown before you pay.
How fast is shipping from Germany?
We ship from our German warehouse with typical delivery times of 3–7 business days to most EU destinations. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. We use trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, and GLS to ensure reliable delivery across Europe.
What is your order processing time?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What are the delivery times to different countries?
Typical EU delivery times from Germany: Germany/France/Netherlands/Belgium: 2–4 business days; most other EU countries: 3–7 business days. Shipments from the manufacturer (when EU stock is out) may take longer; any extended ETA will be shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., UK/CH/US), transit times and any duties/taxes are shown during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders include end-to-end tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. We ship with reputable couriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD, and GLS.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging and all accessories included. Please obtain a Return Authorization before sending items back.
How do I return an item?
To return an item: 1) Contact Customer Support at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. 2) Receive the return address and Return Authorization. 3) Ship the item back and share the courier name and tracking number with us.
What are the requirements for returns?
For a successful return, items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories, and include proof of purchase. Returns that show use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may be subject to a reasonable deduction for diminished value.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customer responsibility: if the return is due to preference (change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc.), the customer covers return shipping. Our responsibility: if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3–7 additional days depending on your financial institution.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. For card payments, the refund goes back to the card; for PayPal, it returns to your PayPal account. For security reasons, we cannot refund to a different method.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Most items can be returned, but some exceptions apply: custom or personalized products; items damaged by misuse; products modified or altered; final-sale items; and gift cards. Contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Warranty & Quality
What does the warranty cover?
Our 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, premature LED failure, moisture ingress under normal use, and electrical component faults. The warranty starts on your purchase date and requires proof of purchase. Where a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item; if that is not possible within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us as soon as you notice the issue with your order number, photos/videos of the defect, and any troubleshooting steps taken. If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid label for qualifying cases. When in stock, replacements are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days; if out of stock, we’ll offer an ETA or a refund option.
What is NOT covered by warranty?
The warranty does not cover installation errors or damage, modifications or custom work, water damage from submersion, damage from accidents or collisions, normal wear and tear, misuse or improper operation, or issues caused by aftermarket modifications.
Installation & Support
How difficult is it to install VLAND lights?
Most VLAND lights are designed for plug-and-play installation using the existing vehicle connectors. Installation time varies by vehicle (approximately 30–120 minutes). Some models or trims may require coding or adapters—check the product page for any notes.
What tools do I need for installation?
Basic tools are usually sufficient: Phillips/flat screwdrivers, a socket set, and trim removal tools. All standard mounting hardware is included. Some vehicles may require coding or additional adapters, which are noted on the product page if needed.
Do I need professional installation?
Professional installation isn’t required for most products, but we recommend it if you’re unfamiliar with vehicle electrics or your model has complex systems. Your warranty remains valid when installed correctly following our instructions.
