Terms of Service

1 — Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from vlandeu.com (“Site”) you enter a contract with VlandEu, company code 1389609 (“we”, “us”, “Store”). You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to buy.

2 — Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, descriptions or stock without notice; changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

3 — Orders & Payment

Your order is accepted once payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. We process payments via Stripe; we never store full card details.

4 — Shipping

Shipping within the EU is free. Delivery window is typically 3–7 business days from dispatch. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

5 — Returns

You may cancel or return within 14 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for instructions and conditions.

6 — User Conduct

• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functions.
• Do not copy or resell any content without permission.

7 — Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics and content belong to us or our licensors. Limited personal, non-commercial use only.

8 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Lithuanian law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Lithuanian courts or, if you are an EU consumer, to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10 — Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
